How long will it take to ship to me?

Do you ship to the EU?

Not yet - I apologize for this but I want to make sure that I have everything set up correctly before I offer shipping to the EU

Are you officially licensed with every author you work with?

Yes, every book/series-specific design is officially licensed by the author, who also receives a royalty for each piece sold. Thank you for helping us support our favorite authors!

How can I pay for my order?

All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted for payment.
What if I need to make a return?

Due to the customization of the product, any product received in the appropriate condition is non-refundable. However, if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you can receive a free replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
